Job Role: Clerical Assistant

Job Code 105 Vacancies: 23

 

 

Grade alignment: Clerk- Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry

  • Prepare documents for dispatch

  • Register incoming/outgoing documents

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

Academic Qualifications:

    Ordinary National Diploma (OND)/National Diploma (ND). Note that the OND/ND must be awarded by a recognized Polytechnic. Must have at least credit in English and Maths at Senior School Certificate level.

Age: Not more than thirty (30) years old.
