Job Role: Clerical Assistant

Grade alignment: Clerk- Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:- Perform data entry
- Prepare documents for dispatch
- Register incoming/outgoing documents
- Perform other duties as may be assigned
Academic Qualifications:
Ordinary National Diploma (OND)/National Diploma (ND).
Note that the OND/ND must be awarded by a recognized Polytechnic. Must have at least credit in English and Maths at Senior School Certificate level.
