Job Responsibilities- Office and records management
- Attends to incoming and outgoing mails and files
- Schedules meetings as instructed or required, notifying all parties
- Maintains the officer’s calendar and notifies of changes
- Receives calls, referring calls to the officer’s attention as appropriate and handles other calls
- Report preparation
- Attends to visitors
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
