JOB ROLE: IT STRATEGY AND PLANNING ANALYST (ITSPA)

Grade alignment: Snr. Manager- Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather all data required for the effective and timely completion of project deliverables
- Develop project quality standards and templates
- Identify Project Risks and develop a risk mitigation plan
- Initiate the development of all project deliverables such as Technical Architecture Plans, Capacity Plans, Risk Mitigation Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans
- Assist external consultants in the development of the Bank’s IT Strategy
- Perform all project management functions such as monitoring of the budget, timelines, filing of project deliverables back up of project deliverables and development of project status reports
- Review and redesign business process flows and User Interaction Elements
- Document issues, findings and recommendations from business process review.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- First degree or HND in Computer Science and computer related disciplines (Computer Engineering, Computer with Economics, Computer with Mathematics, MIS & Electrical/ Electronics.
- Post Graduate Degree in management is an added advantage.
- Membership of professional management or information systems bodies is
required e.g. NIM, NCS, CPN,
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 6 years cognate experience at least 3 years must have been spent in managerial position.
